Fitness On Track is a family owned business established in 2009. We take pride in delivering good quality fitness services and teaching our participants that “exercise is not seasonal, it’s a lifestyle!” Our trainers are certified and licensed to teach in their area of expertise. We’re known for our professional and personable staff. We’re passionate about our work and we value our participants.

With an emphasis on cardio, strength, tone, and agility training methods, Fitness On Track has designed training programs that will harvest lifelong healthy habits.

Brenda Roberts-Claggette

Is the founder of Fitness On Track and a licensed AMF  Fitness Instructor. She has over 15 years of training and is very passionate about helping others reach their fitness/wellness goals. Participants are motivated to challenge themselves and to connect their mind with their body (for that is where true strength lies).  Her classes offer a variety of fitness styles and are designed to compliment each person’s  fitness level. They include a refreshing mix of: Body Conditioning, Cardio Step, Circuit Training, Resistance Training and more! You’ll always have a great workout and you’ll never get bored!

Ina Claggette

Is the daughter of Founder Brenda Roberts-Claggette. She has over 10 years of training. She is a licensed ZUMBA Instructor and ZIN Member. She’s also an Herbalist,  doTERRA wellness advocate and a Certified Essential Oil Specialist. She’s well versed in Hip-Hop, West African, Modern Jazz, and Latin dance styles. Her ZUMBA classes are fun, the music is infectious, energetic and engaging. You’ll increase your endurance, burn calories and fat, improve your cardiovascular system, reduce stress, lower blood pressure, make new friends and enjoy your new found physical and mental state of mind!
